How do I place an order?

Browse our store, choose your item, select your size and color, then click "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout steps to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at precipice@proton.me. We'll do our best, but if your order is already being processed, we may not be able to make changes.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as payments via Shopify Payments.

Are payments secure?

Yes, all transactions are secured and encrypted. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

What currency are prices displayed in?

Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive an accurate estimate at checkout.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us immediately at precipice@proton.me with your order number and photos if the product is damaged. We'll find a solution quickly.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item. Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Send an email to precipice@proton.me before sending your item back. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.

When will I be refunded?

Once your return is received and approved, the refund is processed within 10 business days.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-refundable: perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

I'm a customer in Europe — do I have additional rights?

Yes! European Union customers have a 14-day cooling-off period with no justification required.

Absolutely. All Precipice products are designed with a streetwear spirit — from chunky sneakers to graphic hoodies and cargo pants — using carefully selected materials (cotton, canvas, leather, denim…).
